Starry Night is one of Van Gogh's most famous painting. This is one of my favorite paintings by him because he gives the night a surreal look with whirls in the clouds, stars and a crescent moon. He gives the sky a unique and unusual look. He shows light in the dark with all the stars and moon, also in the houses below. I like his use of the colors yellow, blue and green.
