Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh captured my eye because no matter how many times I see this piece of art hanging up, I am still interested to learn more about it.  I was very interested in the colors Van Gogh used in this piece of art. I was astounded by how beautiful art can be with only two different colors. The variety of shades of blues and yellows Van Gogh used provide me with  a sense of comfort when I look at his painting. In addition, the colored spirals and flowing lines throughout this piece of art provides a sense of relief. This amazing piece of  work embodies Van Gogh's unique style and expression.
