Henry Matisse-Tyler Lee

Henry Matisse (1869-1954) is considered one of the most influential
figures of modern art. He is considered the greatest colorist of the twentieth century and his most known works are in Fauvism, an influential art movement of where he was the leading figure. Fauvism works emphasize painterly qualities and strong color over the representational or realistic values retained by Impressionism.
